Maintenance: Improved Aircraft/Equipment Utilization report & Utilizations import tool
Users with Administrative permissions now have access to advanced features and capabilities for managing aircraft utilizations. This new feature includes new fleet tools for quick imports and reporting for aircraft and tracked equipment. The exported report includes average and actual utilization for quick reference.
February 6, 2021 Updates
Operations: One-Step Aircraft Sync Between Maintenance & Operations
A new Aircraft Times top-level module has been added to the Maintenance platform to ensure aircraft times are pushed automatically from the Operations platform. This real-time integration can be configured to instantly push times from Operations directly to Maintenance upon the completion and submission of the Flight Log. This action reduces the number of steps required to update aircraft times in both platforms eliminating the chances of introducing errors and miscalculations.
January 10, 2021 Updates
Maintenance: Improved Due List and Maintenance Export
Expanded fields and functionality added for exporting Due List and Maintenance items. Reports can be filtered by item type, part, s/n, last compliance, etc., with the exports including all recorded information.
Maintenance: Save Custom Due List & Non-Routine Filters
Fleet management requires unique filters. Users can now create, save, and make default, custom filters for Due List and Non-Routine items quickly from the desktop and iPad. Users can assign the saved custom filters for individual use or make them available for company use. Saved filters can be accessed directly from the Due List and Non-Routine pages.
November 25, 2020 Updates
Maintenance: New Filters for Work Performed at Technician and/or Inspector Level
Advanced filtering now allows for searches down to the work performed steps. This additional filter allows for quick and efficient review and reporting on items that have either technician work performed and/or inspector notes. This simple filter means that you don’t have to click into each item, creating a batch view of items. These filters are available on the desktop and iPad versions of Flightdocs.

Maintenance: Work Order Short-Sign and Granular Labor Tracking
Our latest update introduces a new feature that allows for recording maintenance and labor at a much more granular level from within the Work Orders module. This streamlines the process of turnover between shifts and different team members working on a specific task. At the task level, from within the "Work Performed" tab, users can add entries for work as it is being completed against a specific task.

Operations: Updates to Mobile Flight Logs, Workflow Enhancements & Sorting
We’ve made a number of enhancements to the Electronic Flight Log to provide better information to crew members and make the flight log process easier and more consistent. The result is a decrease in lag time between the completion of a flight and when the pilot submits their flight log, ultimately improving the visibility and accuracy of data for flight ops managers.

Maintenance: 2-Way Link for Non-Routine Maintenance Items
Users now have the ability to create 2-way links between Maintenance Items (Inspections, Components, ADs, SBs) and Non-Routine Maintenance Items (Discrepancies, MELs, NEFs, and CDLs). This new feature significantly streamlines the workflow of creating, updating and associating multiple related items. It also enhances historical reporting and visibility into the causes and effects of maintenance events.

Maintenance: Printing Completed Work Cards from Work Order
We have just released a new update that will allow users to print completed Work Cards when printing a completed Work Order from the top level Work Order Actions menu. This allows for quick and easy printing once all tasks inside of a Work Order have been completed.
Inventory: Complete Threshold Report
Now available under the Inventory Reports section is a new report called the "Complete Threshold" Report. This report allows you to view, edit, and export a full listing of all Inventory Minimum Thresholds and provides a simpler way to manage values without additional navigation.

Operations: Introducing Dark Mode
We have introduced Dark Mode on the web for Operations. This new feature allows you to toggle the color of the user interface based on your personal display preference.
Operations: ForeFlight Dispatch Manual Sync
Users now have the option to manually sync or re-sync trip data with Foreflight Dispatch from the Trip Detail Slider.
Operations: Alerts Now Available on Aircraft Activity List
A new alert column has been added to the Aircraft Activity List. This alert allows users to quickly identify which records have alerts that may need attention.
Operations: Alert Filtering
We have added Alert filters to the following lists and reports: Aircraft Activity List, Aircraft Activity Report, Flight Log List, and Flight Log Report. This addition provides better visibility into records with or without Alerts present.
Operations: New Reports Available
We have added two new reports to the Reports Module in Operations, including the Personnel Usage Report and Duty Day Report.

Operations: Enhanced Visibility of Alerts & Schedule Conflicts
We have increased visibility of Alerts from both the Flight Schedule and the Detail View of a Trip or Hold. When viewing a Trip or Hold that has Alerts for schedule Conflict, we have added the ability to jump directly to the Trip, Hold or Personnel Activity Detail, or show the Conflict directly in the Flight Schedule View.
Operations: Dropdown Button Enhancements
The dropdown arrow indicator has been added to several buttons throughout the system to give users better indication of which buttons may contain sub-options.
Operations: Filter Dialog Box Upgrades
We have upgraded the Filter experience in multiple areas, changing from a slide out to a dialog box, creating more room for filters and options, and eliminating UI resizing issues.
Operations: New Top-Level Module for Operations Report
We have introduced a new top-level module for Reports in Operations. Found within the Operations Navigation Menu, users will now have the ability to export a number of reports in both XLS and PDF format as needed.
Operations: New Exports Added to Operations Modules
We have added the Export to Excel capability in the list view of top level modules including Accounts, Aircraft and Passengers, allowing you to get an XLS document with all of the details for these objects.

Maintenance: New eLogbook Filters for Equipment
Now available from the eLogbooks List View, users can now filter by Equipment Type, and easily select Airframe, Engine 1, Engine 2, APU, or any custom equipment logbooks. This new filter is available from both the Web and iPad application.

Operations: Creating Non-Routine from Web Flight Log
Users now have the ability to create Non-Routine Items while creating a Flight Log on the Web. As Flight Logs are completed, Discrepancies and MELs can be reported in real-time to Maintenance, and will improve visibility and the flow of data between departments. This feature is now available on both Web and iPad application.
Maintenance: “Assigned to Me” Work Order Tile
We have added a new Tile to the Work Order module to let users see how many tasks are assigned to them, and by clicking the tile, users are able to filter down the list of tasks to see all of the tasks which are assigned to them. This feature is now available on both the Web and iPad application.
Maintenance: Real-Time Reliability Reporting
The new Reliability Reports function allows users to easily generate custom reports for Major Equipment Changes, Component Changes, Non-Routine Maintenance, and Aircraft / Equipment Utilizations.
