Flightdocs (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.flightdocs.com website and Flightdocs Enterprise mobile applications for aviation professionals through a subscription (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). The site is not anticipated to be considered a social site.

The Flightdocs website site is made up of 2 areas. The first area is the general website open to public access for the purpose of attracting new customers to our Service and for sharing company and industry related information with our existing customers of the Service. The second area is available only to subscribers of our Service through a contract process. The details of how information and data entered in the subscriber Service may be used by Flightdocs is provided in a separate contract and accessible only through a subscription with password protected access.

When using the publicly-accessible general website, you may be supplying data through your connection or you may be asked to supply non-sensitive personal data. Providing this information is voluntary. Data supplied directly by you or through your connection may be used for presenting information to you while you are connected to the site or in the future.
