Flightdocs Announces New Chief Revenue Officer and New Chief Technology Officer

BONITA SPRINGS, Florida, April 8, 2019 – Flightdocs, the leading provider of cloud-based aircraft maintenance tracking, inventory and flight operations management services, today announced the promotion of Mercedes Jorge to Chief Revenue Officer and Kent Pickard to Chief Technology Officer in an effort to promote growth and continue the company’s legacy of success.

Mercedes Jorge, who previously served as the Vice President of Marketing and Kent Pickard, who previously served as Vice President of Product Development, represent two of the company’s most valuable personnel.

Kent began his career with Flightdocs as the Mobile Development Manager and was integral to the build of Enterprise, a product that has set the standard for Aviation Maintenance Management software in the industry.  As CTO, Kent has oversight for product design, software engineering, quality assurance, system security and IT.  He manages an aggressive product roadmap that secures Flightdocs’ position as the premier innovator in our industry.  Previously, Kent worked as a consultant for several Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries including international shipping, supply-chain logistics, hospitality and retail. Kent holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & International Business.

As the Chief Revenue Officer, Mercedes is responsible for global sales, marketing, advertising, social media and promotional activities.  Since joining Flightdocs in 2018, Mercedes has been instrumental in elevating the already impeccable Flightdocs brand across the aviation industry.  She has a proven track record of enabling sales through multiple channels including B2B partnerships, social, digital, mobile and CRM.  With over twenty years of experience, Mercedes has held several leadership roles in both Sales and Marketing across various industries, including construction management, software, supply-chain logistics and pharmaceuticals. Mercedes holds a Masters of Business Administration.
