Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator will provide administrative and technical support for the Sales department of Flightdocs.

Responsibilities

  • File, handle mail, answer phones, and perform other jobs critical to sales office operations.
  • Process orders, check orders for accuracy, and check credit lines.
  • Mail marketing or other materials as necessary.
  • Compile and update physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses, and sales.
  • Plan sales meetings.
  • Serve as the point of contact for sales representatives and business development representatives.
  • Coordinate calendars and assists with travel arrangements.
  • Contact clients as needed to obtain missing information or answer questions.
  • Maintain and updates sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports.

Desired Background & Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.

Business Development Representative

The BDR plays a fundamental role in helping achieve revenue growth objectives. A successful candidate is comfortable conducting outward calling campaigns, working with channel partners, generating interest, and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research prospects, identify key players and generate interest • Assess and define customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the partner sales executive for further development and closure
  • Work with channel partner to build pipeline, follow-up on opportunities and close deals
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Accounts Payable Accountant

The AP Accountant will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.
  • Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
  • Process invoices in compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Enter and upload invoice documentation into accounting system.
  • Post transactions to appropriate general ledger accounts.
  • Amortize prepaid expenses.
  • Set invoices up for payment.
  • Process expense reports.

Onboarding Aviation Analyst

Onboarding Aviation Analysts are responsible for the successful enrollment of new aircraft onto the Flightdocs system using various types of aircraft maintenance compliance documentation. This position requires customer engagement in order to verify and/or request additional information as necessary. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, extremely proficient in Microsoft based operating systems and eager for opportunities to grow. The on-boarding analyst position is located at Flightdocs headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Review and request data and information. Verify usability and completeness of the documentation provided, ensuring it meets current standards to enroll the aircraft properly.
  • Perform customer maintenance program analysis and reviews to verify accuracy of records. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Utilize and update Salesforce to keep track of the enrollment process for each client and each aircraft.
  • Cooperate with all departments to facilitate and ensure an efficient Integration with new clients.
  • Cultivate positive relationships and communications externally and internally to enhance current and future integrations.
  • Monitor current processes and utilize tools. Innovate and communicate to the team new improvements.  Continuously excel at meeting monthly goals.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of applicable technical publications and aircraft requirements.

Our work consists of defining new experiences for pilots, aviation technicians, and quality inspectors when caring for and operating aircraft. Aviation Records Analyst

The Aviation Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day interactions with aircraft operators. Analysts will engage with customers via phone, email and screen share sessions to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Analysts will also be responsible for reviewing and processing maintenance compliance information on behalf of our aircraft operators.   • Complete short duration, high priority projects to ensure aircraft maintenance records are accurate and compliant
