Onboarding Aviation Analyst

Opportunities exist for customer-focused, energetic, aviation experienced analysts to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze aircraft manuals to ensure aircraft fly safely and all necessary maintenance is completed by customers
  • Take charge of each onboarding project and see it through from start to finish
  • Thoroughly analyze data issues and find solutions, no matter how complex
  • Work directly with customers via phone and email to gather data, gain a deep understanding of their aircraft, and solve unique problems that arise during the onboarding process
  • Liaison with the Sales Team to manage incoming customers, schedule projects, and expedite onboarding
  • Manage time effectively as priorities change and issues arise
  • Review, critique, and correct the work of your peers in a professional manner, as well as handle criticism of your own work
  • Communicate effectively with management and implement process improvements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience or education in the aviation field
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, Adobe and iOS (Apple) products
  • A proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Aviation Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Complete short-duration, high priority projects to ensure aircraft maintenance is accurate and compliant
  • Manage client expectations and respond effectively to customer requests
  • Document and manage deliverables against an established schedule
  • Train aircraft operators and maintenance personnel on optimal use of the software
  • Occasional travel to customer sites

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience or education in the aviation field
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, Adobe and iOS (Apple) products
  • A proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Front Office Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Complete short-duration, high priority projects to ensure aircraft maintenance is accurate and compliant
  • Greet and welcome guests as sson as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure office area is tidy and presentable (reception desk, kitchen, meeting rooms, etc), with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accomodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Keep update records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Document all receptionist processes and work towards continual improvement of all reception operations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipement (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appareance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
