Flightdocs is a software company that develops and supports an aircraft maintenance tracking application used by clients across the globe. We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator and technology enthusiast to join our growing team! This individual is responsible for working with the IT team to provide support across the entire business for all technology needs.

Job Requirements/Expectations

Candidates for the sysadmin position must have deep knowledge and broad experience with computer software, mobile devices, inventory management, vendor support, automation design, biometrics, enterprise authentication (ADFS), IDS, log analytics, cloud apps, server and network hardware.
The sysadmin has responsibilities that include the designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting all technology needs of the business. This includes, but is not limited to computer/server systems, security infrastructure, network support, and support-desk. This position is responsible for handling support issues across all parts of the organization and is fast paced and agile by nature.
Daily tasks are very involved with end-user support that will include: email support, access, software configuration, software assignment, VOIP, software modification, performance troubleshooting, and general tech inquires. Additional tasks include: Installing or upgrading software, monitoring systems using RMM technologies, auditing and maintenance of business applications, and building IoT technology.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience working with enterprise systems. MSP experience is a major plus!

Corporate Events Coordinator

Our events are designed to motivate customers, partners, and prospects to successfully build the Flightdocs brand and generate revenue. In this role you will manage and execute tradeshows and corporate events leveraging both physical and online platforms to drive adoption of and market share for Flightdocs.

The events role requires experience in planning, managing, and executing small to large scale events and a solid understanding of event marketing and measurement. The candidate must be a team player who works collaboratively with sales and cross functional teams in order to execute each event effectively.


  • Lead and manage event coordination and execution of key Flightdocs and aviation industry events for customers, partners, and prospects. Primary focus includes execution of an annual plan and event budget management to grow event attendees, track and report on cost vs revenue for each event.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define event objectives – driven by desired outcome – revenue and lead generation.
  • Identify and secure speakers, special guests, and/or entertainment for each event.
  • Manage and coordinate with all event, collateral, booth material vendor(s) to secure sponsorship agreements, placement and event execution that meets all event milestone deadlines.
  • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders, including sales, account management, professional services, and customer support to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Evaluate and report on industry best practices to support innovative and “fresh” approaches/ideas for Flightdocs events.
  • Understand company’s brand/product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on brand messaging at events. This includes preparation and/or management of all event marketing communication elements including event videos, event signage, digital components, marketing plan, etc.
  • Evaluate event success through analytical and qualitative assessments of set KPIs.
  • Examine current processes and refine as required to gain more efficiencies.

Skills and Qualifications

Flightdocs is looking for an experienced software developer to join one of the top product development teams in Southwest Florida. Our work consists of defining new experiences for pilots, aviation technicians, and quality inspectors when caring for and operating aircraft. This position will contribute to production quality code through a well-structured tiered technology stack. Teamwork is critical to us, and experience and competency working with other talented developers is a must.

Onboarding Aviation Analyst

Onboarding Aviation Analysts are responsible for the successful enrollment of new aircraft onto Flightdocs using various types of aircraft maintenance compliance documentation. This position requires customer engagement in order to verify and/or request additional information as necessary.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, extremely proficient in Microsoft based operating systems, and eager for opportunities to grow. The on-boarding analyst position is located at Flightdocs headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.


  • Analyze aircraft manuals to ensure airworthiness of aircraft per various regulatory authorities
  • Analyze data issues and find solutions while effectively communicating with aircraft operators
  • Work directly with operators via phone/email to gather data, gain a deeper understanding of aircraft operation type to solve unique problems that arise during the on-boarding process
  • Act as a liaison with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team to manage incoming customers, schedules and expedite on-boarding

Front Office Receptionist


  • Complete short-duration, high priority projects to ensure aircraft maintenance is accurate and compliant
  • Greet and welcome guests as sson as they arrive at the office

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure office area is tidy and presentable (reception desk, kitchen, meeting rooms, etc), with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
