Aviation Records Analyst

The Aviation Records Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day interactions with aircraft operators. Analysts will engage with customers via phone, email and screen share sessions to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Analysts will also be responsible for reviewing and processing maintenance compliance information on behalf of our aircraft operators. The ideal candidate is looking for career opportunities with a fast paced, innovative and growing company. The Aviation Analyst position is located at Flightdocs headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Complete short duration, high priority projects to ensure aircraft maintenance records are accurate and compliant.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all Flightdocs products.
  • Train aircraft operators and maintenance personnel on optimal use of the Flightdocs software.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all operators at all times.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels including phone and email.
  • Log record of customer interactions, transactions and comments via Salesforce.
  • Manage projects and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Handle all customer inquiries in a professional fashion and generate resolution with a sense of urgency.
  • Uphold Flightdocs’ reputation of providing world class customer support.

Desired Background & Experience

Junior Salesforce Administrator

At Flightdocs we develop, and regularly enhance, the advanced technology that runs the maintenance tracking, inventory management, and flight operations tools for flight departments across the globe. Our goal is to alleviate flight disrupters and add control and efficiency to the process, so flight departments can safely accept as many missions as possible.

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to help handle daily ticket load in Salesforce along with other administrative functions. This is a chance for career advancement while gaining a deeper understanding of Salesforce. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and a creative thinker with the ability to grasp concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle basic administrative functions including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, sharing rules, field security, and permission sets in Salesforce.
  • Create workflow rules, processes & flows, page layouts, record types, validation rules, list views, and custom buttons.
  • Create custom fields, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Work with third-party integrations to Salesforce such as Hubspot, Cloudingo and others.
  • Keep up-to-date on new Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Desired Background & Experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • 1+ year in using Lightning.

Finance Intern

The Finance Intern will support the organization while learning about a career in Finance. Flightdocs is looking for a motivated Finance Intern who is ready to apply knowledge of financial terms and principles to an authentic real-world experience. The intern will assist with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and learning about varied accounting activities. This is an exciting opportunity for any student pursuing a career in Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial reports.
  • Perform data extraction and consolidation of the organization’s monthly activities.
  • Support Finance Team with tasks including analysis and presentation at various levels of the organization.
  • Help with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation.
  • Assist with audits.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving processes focusing on data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts.
  • Assist with data entry.

Onboarding Aviation Analyst

Onboarding Aviation Analysts are responsible for the successful enrollment of new aircraft onto the Flightdocs system using various types of aircraft maintenance compliance documentation. This position requires customer engagement in order to verify and/or request additional information as necessary. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, extremely proficient in Microsoft based operating systems and eager for opportunities to grow. The on-boarding analyst position is located at Flightdocs headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Review and request data and information. Verify usability and completeness of the documentation provided, ensuring it meets current standards to enroll the aircraft properly.
  • Perform customer maintenance program analysis and reviews to verify accuracy of records. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Utilize and update Salesforce to keep track of the enrollment process for each client and each aircraft.
  • Cooperate with all departments to facilitate and ensure an efficient Integration with new clients.
  • Cultivate positive relationships and communications externally and internally to enhance current and future integrations.
  • Monitor current processes and utilize tools. Innovate and communicate to the team new improvements.  Continuously excel at meeting monthly goals.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of applicable technical publications and aircraft requirements.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Desired Background & Experience

  • Solutions driven – Identifies and problem solves through high volume work load with urgency.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Experience or education within aviation field preferred, but not required.
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis abilities.

We are seeking a talented developer to create innovative designs and robust functionality for our Flightdocs Enterprise web platform.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise application written in Angular.js
  • Design interfaces usable on multiple screen sizes
  • Develop new features based on stakeholder requirements
  • Work as a member of an agile development team
  • Occasional travel for trade shows or developer conferences limited to one week per month maximum
