Aviation Records Analyst

The Aviation Records Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day interactions with aircraft operators. Analysts will engage with customers via phone, email and screen share sessions to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Analysts will also be responsible for reviewing and processing maintenance compliance information on behalf of our aircraft operators. Responsibilities

  • Complete short duration, high priority projects to ensure aircraft maintenance records are accurate and compliant.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all Flightdocs products.
  • Train aircraft operators and maintenance personnel on optimal use of the Flightdocs software.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all operators at all times.

Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager fills a fast paced, unique and dynamic role responsible for developing customer relationships and ensuring that customers are satisfied with all aspects of service and support.  The ideal candidate is comfortable working with clients to meet system training and implementation objectives, provide technical and sales support and develop sound business requirements for future feature development. All efforts are expected to be conducted with the goal of ensuring retention and customer loyalty.

This role would be located in the Northeast, US.

Finance Intern

The Finance Intern will support the organization while learning about a career in Finance. The intern will assist with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and learning about varied accounting activities. Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial reports.
  • Perform data extraction and consolidation of the organization’s monthly activities.
  • Support Finance Team with tasks including analysis and presentation at various levels of the organization.

Onboarding Aviation Analyst

Onboarding Aviation Analysts are responsible for the successful enrollment of new aircraft onto the Flightdocs system using various types of aircraft maintenance compliance documentation. This position requires customer engagement in order to verify and/or request additional information as necessary. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, extremely proficient in Microsoft based operating systems and eager for opportunities to grow. The on-boarding analyst position is located at Flightdocs headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Review and request data and information. Verify usability and completeness of the documentation provided, ensuring it meets current standards to enroll the aircraft properly.
  • Perform customer maintenance program analysis and reviews to verify accuracy of records. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Utilize and update Salesforce to keep track of the enrollment process for each client and each aircraft.
  • Cooperate with all departments to facilitate and ensure an efficient Integration with new clients.
  • Cultivate positive relationships and communications externally and internally to enhance current and future integrations.
  • Monitor current processes and utilize tools. Innovate and communicate to the team new improvements.  Continuously excel at meeting monthly goals.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of applicable technical publications and aircraft requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research prospects, identify key players and generate interest
  • Assess and define customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the partner sales executive for further development and closure
  • Work with channel partner to build pipeline, follow-up on opportunities and close deals

Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

Flightdocs™ is seeking a talented, creative, and dynamic Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to support our fast-growing organization. In this role, you will create and execute digital strategies to drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales accepted leads (SALs), customer awareness, opportunity acquisition, and engagement with our award-winning solution, Flightdocs™ Enterprise.

With a focus on marketing automation and execution of campaigns, you will work with internal stakeholders to design, build and execute marketing campaigns that support the company’s growth strategy. The successful candidate will need to be a smart risk-taker who can contribute innovative ideas to drive demand for the most advanced aircraft and helicopter maintenance tracking platforms.

The right person for this role will have experience with online and offline marketing and making data-driven decisions. Responsibilities

  • Support the company’s growth initiatives by building and executing marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot, including creative development of email and landing page templates, micro-sites, targeting segmentation, and performance analysis
  • Design, create, and execute digital campaigns to support monthly goals, that include integrated digital-channel execution (website, social, and media partners)
  • Develop mastery in targeting key targets within LinkedIn, Google PPC, and other targeting solutions to achieve engagement from the marketplace.

Marketing Coordinator

Flightdocs is a forward-thinking, fast paced company looking to hire a quick, resourceful Marketing Coordinator with an inquisitive mind, eager attitude, and a strong attention to detail. Your skills will have a major impact on Flightdocs’ new business opportunity creation through effective marketing operations, event marketing and social media support. This role will report to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations:

  • Support the company’s growth initiatives by building and executing marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot, including building email and landing page templates, micro-sites, targeting segmentation, and performance analysis for each campaign
  • Identify and collect marketing data from trade associations, subscription services and other Internet-based resources
  • Clean and import new data into Salesforce
  • Maintain Drift chatbot and playbooks. Update territory assignments as needed
  • Monitor and report on the quality of new data sources
  • Assess current database to determine gaps in market data
  • Ensure database is properly segmented for marketing campaigns
  • Routinely and proactively clean data points in Hubspot (marketing automation system)
  • Provide metrics, results data, and reports to Sr. Digital Marketing Manager as needed, including and not limited to; daily social media performance metrics, campaign success reports, database reports, email performance metrics, etc.

Events:
