The Account Manager fills a fast paced, unique and dynamic role responsible for developing customer relationships and ensuring that customers are satisfied with all aspects of service and support. Responsibilities

API Developer

Flightdocs is looking for an experienced software developer to join one of the top product development teams in Southwest Florida. Our work consists of defining new experiences for pilots, aviation technicians, and quality inspectors when caring for and operating aircraft. This position will contribute to production quality code through a well-structured tiered technology stack. Teamwork is critical to us, and experience and competency working with other talented developers is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise application written in C#
  • Optimize application for performance and scalability through C#, Entity Framework or SQL Server
  • Develop new feature based on stakeholder requirements
  • Work with a talented team of web and mobile developers

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years in software development using C#
  • 2+ years in database design using SQL-based database technologies and Entity Framework

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions
  • Define project requirements by constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications; identifying project deliverables, phases and elements

Onboarding Aviation Analyst

Onboarding Aviation Analysts are responsible for the successful enrollment of new aircraft onto Flightdocs using various types of aircraft maintenance compliance documentation. This position requires customer engagement in order to verify and/or request additional information as necessary.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, extremely proficient in Microsoft based operating systems, and eager for opportunities to grow. The on-boarding analyst position is located at Flightdocs headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze aircraft manuals to ensure airworthiness of aircraft per various regulatory authorities
  • Analyze data issues and find solutions while effectively communicating with aircraft operators
  • Work directly with operators via phone/email to gather data, gain a deeper understanding of aircraft operation type to solve unique problems that arise during the on-boarding process
  • Act as a liaison with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team to manage incoming customers, schedules and expedite on-boarding
  • Manage time effectively as priorities change
  • Communicate effectively with management and implement new process improvements as needed
  • Ensure that all aircraft are accurately released according to the operators approved inspection program
